Welcome to ForgeCraft. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ForgeCraft, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ForgeCraft. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of ForgeCraft, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software
- Exploit bugs or glitches in the game
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players
- Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items for real money outside the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
5. Virtual Items and Currency
ForgeCraft may include virtual currency and items. You acknowledge that:
- Virtual items have no real-world value
- Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money
- We may modify or remove virtual items at any time
- Your license to virtual items may be revoked if you violate these Terms
6. Auction House
The in-game Auction House allows trading between players using in-game currency only. You agree to:
- Trade fairly and honestly with other players
- Not manipulate the market through fraudulent means
- Accept that all trades are final
7. Intellectual Property
All content in ForgeCraft, including graphics, text, code, and gameplay elements, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
9. Disclaimers
ForgeCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
